What is an "entity"?

An "entity" is a single person or a company.

What is an "update"?

A software update is a new version of your Maveryx software that provides fixes for features that aren't working as intended or adds minor software enhancements and compatibility.

May I buy two, or more, Personal licenses during the same year?

No, you cannot. You can buy the first subscription as Personal and the second one as Business.

Why my license is intended to be perpetual?

Because you can always use Maveryx even if your subscription has expired. Simply, you will have no access to updates, upgrades, support, early preview, bug fixing and so on until your subscription will be renewed.

What is Enterprise Support?

It is the maximum stage of support. You will have a dedicated Key Account Manager to help you during the whole year of subscriptions. He will accept your ticket within 24 hrs max. First 15 tickets are included for each subscription.

If my Company gets 15 Enterprise subscriptions in one year, how many tickets will it have?

In this case, your Company will have a maximum of 225 tickets to be issued during the year.

What happens if I do not use all of the tickets included in my subscription before it expires?

The tickets are associated with their subscription. After your subscription expires, also all unused tickets will expire.

What is an "upgrade"?

A software upgrade is a new version of your Maveryx software that offers a significant change or improvement over your current version.

What is an "early preview"?

A software preview is a version of your Maveryx software that is released to a limited audience by providing early access to new features.

What is a "customization"?

A customization is something to be implemented into your subscription tailored only for your personal needs or use. The Maveryx team will quote it as a new item different with respect to standard subscriptions (personal, business, enterprise).
