What is a Maveryx subscription?

There are generally two models of software purchase in common use today: the proprietary license model or the subscription model. In the proprietary model you pay a significant upfront license fee, followed by a smaller annual maintenance fee. Compare this to the subscription model where there are no large up front license fees, but instead a smaller annual service charge for access to service pack releases, new product versions, updates, maintenance fixes and support.
 

What is included in my Maveryx subscription?

Maveryx subscriptions are sold for 1 year duration. A subscription entitles you to the latest software releases, product updates, maintenance and support. Renewing your subscription ensures that you continue to receive these benefits. The two levels of subscriptions are Basic and Business. Depending on your subscription level, your level of support can range from electronic assistance, to full care and dedicated support by a team of ISTQB-certified professionals. My subscription has lapsed, can I still renew?

How to renew maintenance?

Every Maveryx subscription includes a 1 year maintenance and support package. This package is renewable annually and includes the following: immediate access to all major and minor upgrades, as well as all bug fix releases. In addition, maintenance includes best-in-class technical support via email, online ticketing system, forum and knowledgebase. Subscription contracts can be renewed as early as 90 days prior to the expiration date of the contract. To renew your subscription, contact your Maveryx sales representative. If I don't renew, can I continue to use the software?

Maveryx subscriptions come with "perpetual" use rights—the ability to continue using the software after the subscription has expired, even though the ability to download software upgrades and receive technical support ends when the subscription expires.
 

What is the term of a Subscription?

A "Standard" Subscription contract term is one year (12 months). Multi-year contracts of either two years (24 months–two terms) or three years (36 months–three terms) are available. Please Contact Us to request more information or a quotation.
 

Am I able to purchase additional technical support?

What payment options are available?

The Maveryx Starter Kit is a complete package including Subscriptions and Training. What training courses are offered?

Maveryx offers a spectrum of instructor-led and web-based training, as well as custom training courses. Our courses are designed to build a foundational and advanced knowledge of Maveryx software. All training courses can be delivered at our Training Centre in Italy, via Web or in-house at your organization. Courses are available "off-the-shelf," slightly modified or completely customized for your testing needs. Maveryx training courses are delivered by a team of highly qualified, ISTQB certified engineers who have a wealth of experience in test automation. Can I request on-site training at my company?

Yes. In addition to public courses, we provide private/custom courses taught on-site at your office. Onsite training events are designed fit your own training objectives and financial requirements, while reducing the impact on your business.
